About Bacco Wine Cafe
Our Story
Bacco Wine Cafe, located in Melbourne Florida, offers the areas first and only premier authentic Italian food.
Family owned and operated, Bacco offers the taste of Italy in the heart of central Florida. Loris and Raffaella, the owners of Bacco, arrived to the United States from the Region of Liguria, on the Italian Riviera, in 1999 and opened Bacco the following year.
Raffaella's cooking journey began over 30 years ago in a small kitchen in Italy where she learned the art of cooking from recipes passed down in her family from mothers to daughters.
At Bacco, we believe that the key to a great meal is using fresh ingredients, traditional recipes, and a passion for cooking.
Today, Bacco continues to bring the flavors of Italy to your plate.

Our menu is inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Italy and reflects the diversity of its regions. We offer a wide variety of dishes, including pastas, salads, seafood, and desserts. All our dishes are prepared with passion and care, using only the finest ingredients.
The Wine Experience
Bacco has become a popular dinner destination which attracts both new customers and a loyal following of regulars.
